A workshop is rooted in the idea that our bodies already know what they need, we've just never been taught to listen. By mapping the menstrual cycle onto the four seasons, you’ll leave with a framework you can use in your everyday life to embrace your natural energy, creative and hormonal shifts.

What to expect:

  • Two gentle movement sessions - Qi Gong and gentle stretching to match the energy of the seasons.

  • Manifesting and journal exercises to drop into your body and bring your energy into alignment.

  • Meditation and gentle self care rituals integrating in LUSH products (kindly provided by LUSH Southampton).

  • Goody bags to take away with LUSH (kindly provided by LUSH Southampton) and self care products.

Who is this for?

  • Any woman (or non-binary person) who feels compelled to better understand their body, cycles

  • Those that want to connect with other like minded women in a safe space

  • If you’re feeling a bit burnt out or want some self care time in the diary

What’s the deets?

  • Lounge @ Market Quarter SO14

  • Sunday 18th May 2-4pm (teas and light snacks provided)

  • Bring a pen, notepad, yoga mat and blanket if you’d like it (but not essential)
